The platform empowers businesses to efficiently handle expenses, payroll, and incentives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Challenge
B4B Payments needed a robust partner to scale its platform globally, enhance security, and integrate with financial institutions. Challenges included maintaining a large codebase, building new systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and creating a mobile solution with simplified login, push notifications, and receipt management.

The enhanced platform delivers comprehensive tools for card and expense management, including real-time float monitoring, KYC checks, and customizable cardholder portals. The mobile app simplifies user interaction with biometric login and on-the-go receipt classification, offering businesses a secure and efficient way to manage corporate payments globally.

Scope of our work
We supported B4B Payments by maintaining a large Ruby on Rails codebase, adding new features, and improving security and reliability. Our team upgraded Rails, migrated storage to AWS S3, and developed a mobile app with biometric login and push notifications. We used a Scrum-like process with clear communication and task management tools to deliver a robust, scalable solution.
