Facility under CCTV surveillance

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of securing property and the safety of people on the basis of Article 6(1)(e), GDPR and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  1. Your personal data will not be communicated to other entities, except to those authorised to process them by law.
  1. Your personal data will be processed for 14 days. Where the image recordings constitute evidence in proceedings under the law or the employer has become aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, this period is extended until the proceedings have become final.
  1. To the extent provided by law, you have the right to access your personal data, to restrict processing, to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
